This update brings significant performance improvements, enhanced accessibility, and new functionality to make your reporting experience more efficient and user-friendly. Here's what you need to know:

New Look and Feel

The Reports Page has received slight but impactful tweaks to improve your experience! With an updated filter function layout and more intuitive navigation, displaying and understanding your reports is now easier than ever. We’ve streamlined reporting by removing the Unit Reports page. Moving forward, all reporting will be done through this unified version of the Reports Page.

Filter and Refresh for Tailored Insights

Customize your reports by applying filters for Unit, Facility, and Region. Once your filters are set, click Refresh to load the updated data.

Enhanced Download Functionality

With the Download button, you can export all data types for the selected board and date range in one comprehensive .xlsx spreadsheet. This ensures you have everything you need, whether you’re reviewing report summaries, huddle data, or other engagement metrics.

Faster Loading Times

The new Reports Page loads much faster, saving you valuable time. Say goodbye to delays and hello to instant access to your data.

Default to Current Board Data

To enhance usability, the default view now shows data for your current board over the last 90 days. However, you can still customize your view to see region- or facility-level data as needed by adjusting the filters.

Introducing the Huddle Card

The new Huddle Card displays huddle-specific data directly on the Reports Page.

If a board is set to not be included in Reports in the Administrative Options, the Reports Page will appear blank with a clear message explaining why. Learn more here.

Automatic File Activity Logging

We’ve added a new functionality to the Voice Page to enhance tracking and transparency. Now, when a file is attached to a Voice card, the activity is automatically logged in the card’s activity feed. This update ensures a complete and accurate record of actions for each card, making it easier to stay organized and informed.
