The new Card Escalation feature enables seamless upward and downward communication of issues within an organization, aligning with the tiered huddle structure. This allows:

  • Frontline teams to escalate challenges to higher leadership levels for resolution.

  • Leadership teams to provide updates, ensuring a continuous feedback loop.

This feature is currently disabled by default but can be enabled upon request. To learn more about Card Escalation and how to activate it, visit the Card Escalation Articles in our Help Center.

Flag for Leadership Retirement

The Flag for Leadership feature has been removed from Voice cards, as it is now replaced with the more robust Card Escalation feature. This ensures a more structured and transparent escalation process for leadership visibility and issue resolution.

Copy an Existing Measure as a blank Duplicate

Users can now duplicate any existing Measure as a blank, eliminating the need to recreate similar measures from scratch. This enhancement is especially helpful for reusing measures, such as Pareto Charts, across new timeframes, saving time and improving efficiency.

Special Character Limit for Hashtags

To ensure consistency and prevent functionality issues, special characters are no longer allowed in the Hashtag field. This update enhances hashtag functionality by ensuring they follow the universal format, preventing any potential issues when creating or using them across the platform.

Bugs

Today Page

  • Fixed an issue where text in Huddle Note Tables would not wrap correctly, improving readability.

Voice Page

  • Resolved a bug where newly created Voice Cards were not consistently appearing on the Voice Page

We’re excited to bring these improvements to LENS! If you have any questions or need support, please reach out to our team.
