📣 New Feature: Create Voice Cards During Leader Rounds

Leaders can now create Voice Cards directly from a Leader Round.

  • The process of initiating a Leader Round remains the same: text #rounded to any LENS number at the facility to start a rounding session.

  • Leaders can still use the existing workflow — selecting a unit, optionally adding a note, and recording their round. After tapping Record Round, they’ll be taken to the confirmation screen as before.

What’s New:

  • Leaders can now choose to record a round and create a Voice Card.

  • To use this feature, the leader’s phone number must be associated with their LENS profile.

  • Once they begin typing in the Note field, the option to create a Voice Card will appear.

  • When creating a Voice Card:

    • They’ll be prompted to select a unit for the card. The default will be the board they texted #rounded to — usually the Leadership board.

    • The full facility unit list will be shown (regardless of whether a unit is hidden in the Leader Rounds settings), since Voice Cards may need to land on leadership boards not used for regular rounding.

    • The note entered during rounding will pre-fill the Voice Card’s title but can be edited independently. Changes to the card do not affect the original round note.

  • Voice Cards created during a round will appear as linked in that leader round’s row in LENS.

  • Voice Cards can also be added after the fact via the “Add Voice Card” icon in the round’s row.
