We’re releasing several improvements to the LENS platform aimed at simplifying the interface, enhancing performance, and maintaining a secure infrastructure. Below is a summary of the key updates:
🔧 User Interface & Usability Enhancements
Simplified Measures Table
The “Links” column has been removed from the measures table in the UI, cleaning up outdated fields and providing a more streamlined experience.Improved Card Drag-and-Drop Behavior
Users can now confidently drag cards into empty lists—even near the top of a list—without the card being placed in the wrong list. The drop preview will now clearly appear in the intended list.Smarter User Pickers
When adding team members to a card—or anywhere user selection is available—you’ll now see a smaller, more accurate list of team members, making it easier to find the right person quickly.Help Button Bug Fix
Resolved an issue where the Help button occasionally covered the send button in RChat. The Help button no longer appears in this context, eliminating the obstruction.
📊 Data & Reporting Improvements
More Accurate User Engagement Tile
The User Engagement tile now reflects more precise data. You may notice that some totals appear smaller—this is expected and reflects improved accuracy in how engagement is measured.
⚡ Performance Improvements
Faster Voice Page Loads
The Voice page now loads in under 1 second, significantly improving responsiveness for users.
🛠️ Platform Stability & Security Improvements
We’ve made several behind-the-scenes updates to improve system security, reduce manual effort, and ensure ongoing stability. These changes help keep the platform running smoothly, securely, and reliably—now and in the future.
