We’re excited to share the latest improvements to LENS. This release includes several important fixes to enhance usability and reliability to some affected users.
🔧 Improvements & Bug Fixes
Photo Attachments on Voice Cards
Previously, images sent via text in formats such as .gif, .png, and .heic could cause issues when attaching to a Voice Page Voice Card. This has been resolved. These file types now attach and display as expected.
Login Navigation for Generic Accounts
Some users logging in with a generic account were incorrectly directed to the “My Boards” page instead of the “Other Boards” page. This issue has been fixed for affected users, and users are now routed to the correct landing page.
iPhone Home Screen Shortcut
On some iPhone devices, users experienced an error immediately after adding the LENS shortcut to their home screen and attempting to open it. This issue has been resolved. The shortcut now works as expected after set up.
Improved Board Access Request Approval Flow
Users with the Approve Access permission are now routed directly to the User Management page when clicking Review Access Request from their email. The “Requests to Approve” panel automatically expands, allowing admins to approve or deny requests in one centralized location.
This update fixes a bug where board access requests were being auto-denied in the previous email approval flow and provides a more streamlined, reliable approval experience.
