LENS Managers have the ability to send a user a password reset email

Send a Password Reset Email to a User

  • Navigate to the User Management Page

  • Click the Send Create Password Email icon next to the user

  • An "Email Sent" bubble will appear on the lower left side of the screen to confirm the successful action

  • User will receive an email prompting a password reset
