As we get ready to wrap up 2020, we have released a new version of LENS to your site with a few improvements and quality of life upgrades for our Managers!

When you download the report on the Issues page, the comments now count towards "Last Card Activity". (To see how to do so, please click this Help Article!)

Show managers who created or edited updates

This feature was a direct result of User Feedback! If multiple people manage your LENS board across different shifts, you now have the ability to hover over the date of the Update and see who created or last edited the Update! This feature also works for Facility or System updates. Please note, this is only a function managers of the boards have.

Activity from the Improvement, Survey, and WalkRound sections all now count towards User Engagement on the Reports Page!
