The highly requested flexibility for Aims is now here! When creating a new aim, there will now be a fourth option called Rich Text Aim:

This AIM type allows users to create PDSAs or POAM measures! All edits made to the editor will be saved and update in real time, allowing users the most current information without risk of losing work.

A new tab has been added to the Archived section on the Improvement page, which will now allow you to see Standalone measures you have archived! From here, you can choose to restore them or delete them.

The Add Issue button has been added to the top of lists to make it easier to add an issue to lists that have a large number of issues. Additionally, if a list contains over 5 issues, the Add Issue button will also appear at the bottom of the list. This feature is especially useful for users who are accessing the mobile version of LENS.

Users now have the ability to respond to Shared Issue emails. Responding directly to the email will leave a comment on the card being shared. This feature allows users and non-users of LENS to interact with shared issues without having to log in. These emails will also show who sent you the email.

Issue cards will now have an icon that display on them when they are featured on Kiosk mode. This will better allow you to tell which cards are being featured at a glance!

The update panel on the Today Page containing unpinned updates will now have a max height allowing for a cleaner aesthetic and better readability for boards with a large number of unpinned updates.

A new Today Page layout has been added, allowing for a weighted third column. This will allow you to have three columns, with a third column being larger than the other two!

Users now have the ability to export survey data into xlsx spreadsheet format. This allows more options for analyzing and reporting survey data. This option is available in the 3-dot menu next to each individual survey.

Measure survey questions and Measure datapoint notes now no longer have a character limit. Make your questions and comments as detailed as you wish!

The ability to disable Safe and Reliable staff from being visible on the Reports Page is now available as an optional feature. This feature must be requested to be enabled on your board. Reach out to lenssupport@safeandreliablecare.com to have that toggled for your board!

Users now have the ability to drag and drop issue cards anywhere in a list. Previously, issue cards would have to be dropped next to an existing card in order to stick. This change will allow a smoother experience for organizing cards.

When typing content into Huddle Notes, they now update in real time. This means that as content is added, other users will be able to see what you are typing. Additionally, this will prevent situations where ending a huddle early or by accident does not save what was typed. All text will be instantly saved as well, so no need to worry about losing it at any point!

We have added the ability to download surveys that have been closed alongside open ones. You no longer need to reopen surveys to export them!

Adjustments have been made to the way that the Issues page loads. Previously, all issues would load at the same time, regardless of how many there were. Now, only the issues towards the top of the lists will load in right away, and as you scroll down in the lists, more will load. This change targets the long load times for boards with many issues. No more waiting minutes at a time to load your issues!
