⭐️ Get an SMS notification when someone comments on your card ⭐️

All SMS reporters are notified with a comment thread link when someone else comments on their card. Previously, Anonymous users could continue the conversation with others using the "Reply to Reporter" feature. The anonymous texter would receive a link to a comment thread that allowed them to continue the conversation on their phone while remaining anonymous. The Reply to Reporter feature was the only way this feature could be accessed. Now, commenting on a card is all that is needed to notify the texter/reporter that a comment was made. This feature has been expanded to Identified users as well. All users who text into the board will receive a link to a comment thread when another user comments on their issue. Anonymous and Identified users alike are now less likely to miss comments on the issues they text in. This helps for increased awareness and communication between team members.

⭐️ Increase performance on the Issues Page ⭐️

Performance upgrades in various areas of the Issues Page for a smoother experience using issue cards, lists, and menus.

🐛 Bug Fixes 🐛

  • Previously, all users with "Edit Content" access were able to edit System and Facility Announcements. Now, the permissions respect the edit access list. Thank you, A. Flinn and P. Prayagaibashyam for reporting this behavior.

  • Update templates now properly display in the drop-down menu as expected. Thank you M. Proctor for bringing this to our attention.

  • Calendar events no longer adjust dates unexpectedly when selecting times. Thank you again M. Proctor for reporting this behavior.
