Removed AIMS and Measures creation for mobile users
On mobile screens, we've simplified your experience by removing the options to create or edit both Measures and Aims. This ensures a more efficient mobile interface. Additionally, the kebab menu on the Aims tab and Measures tab will be hidden when users are on a mobile device. For mobile users, the Edit option will no longer be available when clicking the kebab on a Measure.
Additional File Types for LENS Uploader
Users can now upload the following file types on Voice Cards as well as anywhere else the new Uploader is used:
Documents: ppt, xls, rtf (in addition to already supported doc and pdf formats)
Images: gif, svg, webp (in addition to already supported jpg, png, and tiff formats)
Video: mov, mp4
Other: csv
Days Between Measures rollover at midnight
Now, days between measures will now increment by one day at midnight local time. As an example, if a Days Between Measure is created at 3 AM or 9 PM, it will count up by 1 day at midnight local time, resulting in both instances showing as "1 Day Between" as of 12:01 AM. We'd like to thank C. Chen for the feedback leading to this change!
Long Emails displayed in LENS header
Users now have a way to view the entire email address of the board in both desktop and mobile versions of LENS, ensuring that long emails are properly displayed. Thanks to R. Tucker for the feedback!
Bug Fixes
Previously, there was an issue where lists would disappear if a user attempted to move them within the same tab and clicked "apply" before making edits. With this update, lists will no longer disappear when moving them within a tab, to another tab, or to another board.
There was a limitation where when creating a multi question survey, rearranging the questions wouldn't work. With this update, users can now rearrange all questions based on their preference when creating their surveys.
A bug was identified where lists and their associated hashtags from a template board were not copied over to a newly provisioned board. This issue has been fixed, and now both lists and hashtags will be successfully copied from a template to a newly created board.
A problem was identified where refreshing the browser while in Kiosk Mode would cause all updates to appear as white and nothing was visible. With this release, you can now refresh the page while in Kiosk Mode and view all items as expected.
In a rare instance, the Today Page would go blank when refreshed. This issue has been resolved in this release, and now, whenever you refresh the Today Page, all information will still appear as intended.
