Access Approval Enhancements
The User Approval Request list now aligns with the board filter on the User Management page. If a user has approval access for a board and the board is selected in the filter, requests for that board will now display correctly.
We have replaced the red numerical badge for approval requests on the user profile with a more subtle, light blue bell icon in the hamburger menu, making it easier to spot without being intrusive.
Kiosk Mode View Update
We’ve optimized Kiosk Mode to ensure images and graphs fully utilize the available screen space. No action is required on your part—this enhancement will be applied automatically. Here’s a visual comparison to illustrate the difference.
Before and After:
New Measure Type
We’ve added a new type of Measure to LENS called External Embed. This feature lets you create a Measure using data and visualizations that already exist outside of LENS, making it easier to have a consolidated view of all performance and improvement measures in one place. With this update, you’ll be able to:
Use your organization’s existing data by integrating with your current data platforms.
Save valuable time for leadership.
Provide teams with a comprehensive view of performance and improvement metrics.
* Please note that this functionality relies on the external application's privacy and sharing settings being configured correctly.
Bug Fixes
We resolved an issue where users encountered an error when attempting to edit a list title or description that included a hashtag. You can now edit these fields without any trouble.
Edits made from the profile page were sometimes not properly saved or updated across all sections of LENS. This has been fixed to ensure all changes are now applied correctly.
Users with approval access were occasionally experiencing a blank screen when clicking "Grant Access" or "Deny Access" in access request emails. This issue has been addressed, and the buttons now work as expected.
The slowness issue in User Management has been resolved, ensuring faster and smoother performance on the page, especially for systems with multiple hundred units.
It was unclear what file types could be sent via SMS to LENS. To maintain consistency, the Voice Page now only accepts image and video files via SMS. If a non-supported file type is sent, users will receive a message stating, "Only image and video files are supported via SMS," and a card will not be created.
