To add a shortcut to LENS on your iPhone home screen:
navigate to LENS in your phone's browser
click
Shareclick
Add to Home Screenrename title
click
Add

Note: A recent iOS update affected the shortcut many users have on their iPhone. Users may need to delete the existing shortcut and follow the steps above.
