Aim Frameworks
Whether you're tackling a hospital-wide improvement project or guiding your team through a local effort, you'll find the team is excited and has lots of ideas to contribute. However, it can be a challenge to maintain that momentum and hold people accountable for following through.
Keep your project on track by making them highly visual and a natural part of your daily team rhythm.
Aim is just another word for "goal" or "initiative." When creating an Aim, users have 4 frameworks to choose from:

Rich Text
Create a Driver Diagram Aim
Navigate to the Improvement Page
Click the three-dot menu on the top right of the screen
Select "Create Aim"
Select the "Driver Diagram" type Aim

Title (required): Give your aim a descriptive title
Description (optional): Provide details on why you're working on it, what you hope to achieve, or additional instructions such as a refresher on the protocol.
Start and End Date (optional): Some aims last hours and other years! What's the anticipated timeline?
Our Values (optional): Showcase efforts that align with your organization's core values. The leaders will love you for it, too.
Focus Area (required): Let folks know the variety of areas in which you can improve. We recommend working on at least one clinical and one cultural aim.
Click Save and land on your new aim's detail screen. From here, you can add measures, strategies and an action plan to your aim.
Edit Aims
Click the three-dot menu icon within the Aim you would like to edit
Select "Edit"
Archiving an Aim
Click the three-dot menu icon within the Aim you would like to archive
Select "Archive"
The Aim can be easily restored back to the state in which you left it. To find and unarchive an Aim:
From the Improvement Page, click the three-dot menu in the top right corner to reveal a sidebar menu
Select "Archives"
Click the Restore button below the item you would like to restore
