Huddles strengthen your team’s cohesion, keep your team up to date, and help them raise concerns and share successes.

To create or edit a huddle, find the Huddle panel on the Today page. Click the dots and go to Settings. You can also get to this page by clicking on the side menu and going to Admin.

Here you can see the current huddles you have already and edit or delete them if needed. To create a new huddle, go to “Add Huddle” at the bottom of the section.

You can add a description of the purpose for the huddle, whether the huddle is recurring and on what days, and what time the huddle should happen. Setting the duration of the huddle and an end of a meeting warning can keep your team on task. If you want remote team members to join in the huddle, you can insert a link from a video or audio chat for them to click on and join. Default notes is a great place to write the agenda of the huddle to make sure you hit all the points you want to cover.  If this huddle occurs on a less frequent basis, you may mark it as optional. Optional huddles do not factor into the reports page.

Additionally, after a huddle ends, you can go back and edit the notes for the huddle as well as update the number of attendees who huddled. If you started the timer on accident, you can delete huddles from here as well so they don’t count on the reports page. Huddles that last less than one minute are highlighted in yellow.

There are items you may want to address during the huddle, but on a less frequent basis, like success stories, budget deadlines, or mandatory learning requirements. You can schedule one-time occurring huddles for these limited talking points by unselecting the Recurring checkbox and choosing the date you want the huddle happen.
