Use LENS™ as a highly visual reminder of your huddle days and times. Post your meeting times on the home page and plan to meet at the LENS™ board. If that's not logistically possible, take LENS™ anywhere on a laptop, tablet or mobile device, and encourage remote participants to dial-in.
navigate to the Admin page (from the expanded sidebar navigation menu)
select
Huddle
to expand the Huddle menu
To create a new huddle, click on Add Huddle
.
A new Huddle template will appear below any existing Huddles. Fill it out by assigning it a:
title
start time
duration
days of the week in which it will occur
any end of meeting warnings
a join link (zoom, teams, webex, etc)
recurring toggle
track it in reports toggle
A default huddle note can be added to a huddle that will be prepopulated with the huddle time is run. This would be a good place for a standard huddle template
This information will auto-save, so do not worry about clicking a save button.
Your new Huddle will display according to your settings on the Today page.
