Add an Event to the Calendar

LENS Managers have the ability to add events to the board calendar.

Add an Event

Managers of LENS have the ability to add and edit events on the calendar which can then be viewed by the rest of the team. The Calendar is unique to each board.

  • Open the Calendar Page from the Today Page or from the Sidebar Menu.

Disclaimer: The screenshots in this article were captured using an earlier version of LENS. While some visuals may look different, the overall functionality remains essentially the same.

  • Add an event by clicking the + Add Event button on the upper right corner, or clicking on the calendar day.

Tip: You can also click and drag across the calendar for multi-day events.

  • Edit the title, dates, color, and description.

  • Click Save to save your changes.

Now everyone on this board can see the event and its details.

Edit an Existing Event

  • Click on the event

  • Select the ✏️ Edit icon

  • Make changes and click Save
