Archiving a List on the Voice Page
You can archive a list and all of its contained cards. Archived lists are removed from the Voice Page but remain visible under Archived Items.
Steps to Archive a List
Navigate to the Voice Page:
Locate the list you want to archive
Click the ⋮ three-dot menu to the right of the list title
Select "🗄️ Archive List"
The list and all cards within it will be removed from the Voice Page and moved to Archived Items.
Note: If you do not see the option to archive a list, check that it is not the default list. The default list cannot be archived. Assign another list as the default before archiving.
