Remove a User's Access
In order to make adjustments to your LENS board's list of users, you first want to navigate to the User Management page by selecting 'Users' from the main menu of LENS found in the top left corner (three-bar menu).
To remove an user's access to one or more boards, select the boards they should no longer have access to in the board picker shown below. To quickly remove a user from all boards, click Select All at the top of the list.

Once you have selected the desired boards, locate the user whose access you want to edit using the search function. When the individual has been found in the list, click the Remove user access button at the end of the row.
A pop-up will confirm the action you are taking and specify each of the boards that this user will no longer have access to. Click Remove to confirm and apply the action.
Removing a user's access from a board essentially archives them from that unit.
To view archived users, select "Unassigned" under the user management board picker. To permanently delete a user from your system, submit a request to LENS Support.
