Adding a New User
Problem❌
When adding a user to the LENS board from the User Management page, you receive the error message that the "User Already Exists"
Solution ✅
This error message indicates that the user's email already exists somewhere in the system.
Check the spelling of the email address
Ask the user to request access to the board
View archived users in the "Unassigned" board under the board picker and search for the user
Select all boards under the board picker and search for the user
