Our Product Team has been hard at work, and in this version, we have some great new features and updates to existing ones that we are excited to place in your hands! We appreciate all of the feedback we have received, and hope you enjoy these new additions and changes!
LENS Managers now have the ability to create an update and post it to multiple boards at the same time! Once the update is posted to the selected boards, each update becomes an independent update that can be edited individually. Find this new feature at the top right of the Update card.
⭐️Workflow States⭐️
LENS Managers now have the ability to assign lists to specific workflow states:

In Progress, and✔️
Completed
Properly assigning one of these states to your lists will display an icon letting you know which lists are part of the Workflow regardless of the list name. This feature is extremely helpful for reporting purposes!
⭐️Huddle Report Start Times⭐️
When viewing a Huddle Report, there is now a column dedicated to the Start Time of the huddle.
⭐️Unlimited Action Length⭐️
Actions on Aims no longer have a text limit. Type as much as your heart desires!
⭐️Update Emails⭐️
The title of an update is now included in the notification email above the update content. This paints a bigger picture and makes your notifications easier to understand.
🐛Bug Fixes🐛
Clicking on the
Searchbutton on the Search Page will now properly execute the search.
We have identified a couple ways in which the Search Page can bug and begin to flicker, and have fixed one of those ways. We are investigating and working on a fix for the other.
Long Issue List titles will no longer overlap with the three-dot button found at the top right of the list.
Sample issues will no longer reappear in
Identifiedcolumns.
Calendar dates will no longer overlap the add update button on the Today page.
