Assigning Workflow States to Lists

LENS Managers can assign workflow states to lists on the Voice Page:

  • 💡 Identified

  • ✨ In Progress

  • ✔️ Completed

Why Use Workflow States?

  • Workflow states help with reporting and tracking progress

  • Cards moved to a Completed list are automatically assigned a completed date

  • Lists can be given any name and can be linked to one of the three workflow states

Steps to Assign a Workflow State

Navigate to the Voice Page:

  • Click the ⋮ three-dot menu on the list you want to update

  • Select "⚙️ Edit List Status"

  • Choose a workflow state (Identified, In Progress, or Completed)

  • Click Save
