From the Improvements Page, click the three dots in the upper right hand corner. (Three dots always means more in LENS!)

From there, a side bar menu will open. Select "Create Measure"

Alternatively, if you already have an active AIM you're working on, you can select the +Create New Measure button, as seen below:

Both of those avenues will bring you to this screen, where you can choose what types of measure you'd like to build out:

The options include a Percent, Rate, Number, Days Between, and also an upload Image option for the measure.
