Aim Frameworks

Whether you're tackling a hospital-wide improvement project or guiding your team through a local effort, you'll find the team is excited and has lots of ideas to contribute. However, it can be a challenge to maintain that momentum and hold people accountable for following through.

Keep your project on track by making them highly visual and a natural part of your daily team rhythm.

Aim is just another word for "goal" or "initiative." When creating an Aim, users have 4 frameworks to choose from:

  • Driver Diagram

  • A3

  • Image Upload

  • Rich Text

Upload Aim

  • Navigate to the Improvement Page

There are 3 different ways to upload an Aim:

  • Drag and drop a file from desktop

  • Click browse to select a file

  • Paste a file previously copied to clipboard

Once a file is uploaded, click the Save button

As soon as the file is successfully uploaded, a ๐Ÿ“„ Download/Print option will appear on the right above the document. This exports the Aims document in .png format and allows for print.

Click the back arrow on the upper left to return to the main Improvements Page and see the active Aims summaries.
