LENS Managers have the ability to create and rename their own labels, but new to this release is the ability to create alias names for labels that are shared across multiple boards. With this feature, units can select names that make sense for their own unit without changing the names of other units and without impacting higher-level reporting. For example, a system might want to track issues with the label "Linen" but a unit within that system might want to refer to that same thing as "Fabrics" instead. Now both names can refer to the same thing. Aliases can be set through requests to LENS Support. Thank you Ann F. for suggesting the ability to customize label names for specific groups.
