You can display a live Excel spreadsheet that is hosted on Sharepoint.
To do so, click "File" in the upper left-hand corner.
Next, click "Share" and then "Embed"
Copy the Embed code, and in your Update in LENS, paste the code into the "code view". Make sure you paste in the code and then click the < > icon again to load the spreadsheet *before clicking save*.
