Pareto Charts

LENS Pareto charts help teams identify significant problems by highlighting the key factors contributing to negative outcomes. This is a new Measure type under the improvement tab.

Include today by default

The date picker on Search, Reports and Voice page filters now includes Today by default within the date range. So, "last 90 days" would be today + 89 days back.

Automatically bump updated System/Facility Announcements to the top

We have introduced a new behavior where System Announcements will be relocated to the top left of all LENS boards whenever an edit is made. This behavior brings attention to updated announcement cards, treating it as a new update card to prominently display important changes. This behavior applies only when the panel is toggled on.

See what labels your team members are following

"Labels Followed" is now a new column on the user export. This allows board managers to see which labels their team is currently following.

Survey session expires after 24 hours

We have addressed an issue where users could unknowingly get stuck in a survey loop, only realizing it when attempting to text a card into the board. This led to complications in sending text messages to the LENS board. To enhance the overall user experience, we have implemented a solution where survey sessions will now automatically expire after 24 hours. This ensures a more seamless messaging experience when posting cards to the board.

Updated look

You may notice subtle changes in the design across various pages in LENS. All of these minor changes aim to create a more cohesive feel for the LENS users.
