Hyperlinks in Card Descriptions

We're pleased to announce that links in the description of Voice Cards will now appear as clickable hyperlinks for easier navigation. Please note, text in titles and comments will not convert into links.

Send a Voice Card via Email

If the recipient of an emailed Voice Card is a logged-in LENS user, the email will include a link to open the card directly in LENS. If the recipient isn't a LENS user, they can view the Voice Card content in the email and reply to the email to post a comment. Non-LENS users will no longer receive links directly to LENS.

Voice Card Activity Log Enhancements

The activity log now displays who updated the title or description of an existing card, making it easier to track changes.

The Voice Card activity log now shows who created the card, along with the board, tab, and list where it was originally created. This helps track the card's origin, even if it gets moved. Leaders can use this information to ensure proper follow-up.

User Detail Page Enhancements

The User Details page has been updated to improve functionality and privacy. The bug causing the overlapping text has been fixed and controls have been improved. The phone number field has been removed from this page for privacy reasons. Instead, users can view and manage their own phone number from their profile.

Search Page Enhancements

In the card dialog, the label picker and aim picker will now remain open after selecting, consistent with our other multiselect pickers in LENS. This fix resolves a longstanding bug. Additionally, when "SHOW ARCHIVED CARDS" is toggled off, archiving a card will no longer make it disappear immediately; instead, the card will only be removed from the search results after performing a new search. Custom date range queries with the same start and end date now work correctly, addressing a previous issue where no results were returned due to identical start and end times. The start date now uses midnight and the end date uses 11:59:59 PM. Finally, performance on the Search page has been improved.

Bugs

Today Page

  • The new huddle modal remains visible when navigating to other pages in LENS.

  • The “View All Aims” button on the Today Page now opens the Aims tab on the Improvement Page instead of the Daily Management tab.

Voice Page

  • Video files no longer appear as “mobile-image” under attachments of a LENS card and can now be downloaded to view.

  • The "Send and Stop Daily List Summaries" feature now works as expected for all users.

  • The "Tracking" feature now works properly on newly created tabs.

  • Auto-labeling lists now works as intended. Previously, auto-labeling on certain lists would cause the pause to stop rendering. With this update, auto-labeling can be used smoothly.

  • Sorting on the Voice Page now functions correctly while other filters are applied.

  • Alphabetical sorting is now case-insensitive.

  • Archived cards will no longer display on the Voice Page after undoing a move from the Search Page.

Search Page

  • Toggling the “show unreported cards” filter on the Search Page no longer results in a blank page.

  • Cards can now be accurately sorted by completion date on the Search Page. Previously, sorting by "Completion Date" sorted cards by their latest state change timestamp, causing cards recently moved to "In Progress" to appear first. Completed cards are now correctly prioritized and displayed at the top of search results.

Reports Page

  • The System > Facility > Unit trail on the Reports Page no longer shrinks or excludes parts of the path.

  • The false 404 error on the Reports Page has been fixed.

Mobile View

  • Profile initials on mobile view are now center-aligned, addressing the previous issue where the icon appeared off-centered and partially cut off.
