How do I log in? How do I reset my password?

LENS is a digital Learning and ENgagement System that virtually brings healthcare professionals together to learn, connect, improve and value each others opinions. Using principles of high reliability, LENS makes it easy to see what the team thinks, what we value, what we are working on, and how we are achieving our goals.

Your voice matters.

Sign-in to LENS

  • Navigate to the sign-in page

  • If this is your first time logging in or if you are having troubles with your current password, click Create or reset your password.

  • enter your email address

  • click Send Reset Email

We will send you an email to reset your password so follow the given instructions to create a new password for your LENS account.

Navigation Overview

Upon successful log in, you will be greeted by the Today Page. The purpose of the LENS Today Page is to create situational awareness. Updates maintain the flow of information from the system to the unit level and across the unit. Huddle information is prominently displayed ensuring all team members know when huddles

are held. A rotating snapshot of AIMS measures informs team members of the progress of improvement work at the unit and system level. Team members are able to quickly ascertain the activity taking place on the Issues page through the Issues Summary.

LENS Rules for Great Teams

  1. Respect in all things including issues, ideas, and comments we add to LENS

  2. Stay positive and generative to build pride

  3. Highlight human strengths and support human weaknesses in our words and deeds

  4. Focus on Process, not people.

  5. Suggest a solution/idea for any issue you raise

  6. Label issues/ideas

  7. Comment when any activity is taken on an issue

  8. Do not post any PHI (patient health information)


Log-out

  • Click your profile icon on the bottom of the sidebar navigation

  • Scroll down on the page and click Log Out

How to Get Help

  • Click on the HELP icon on the navigation sidebar

  • A pop up will appear, giving you options to send us a message directly, browse articles, and submit feedback.
