You can create a Voice Card as part of your Leader Round in LENS. This feature makes it even easier to highlight insights, feedback, and actions right from the field, all in a few taps.
Create a Voice Card During a Leader Round
When you start a round using your regular workflow (texting #rounded
to a LENS number), you have the option to Record Leader Round & Create Voice Card.
Note: đą Your phone number must be associated to your profile to use this feature.
Start your round by texting
#rounded
to your facilityâs LENS number and click on the link providedSelect a unit youâre rounding on
Add a note in the "Notes" field. Once you do, youâll see the option to:
Record Leader Round
Record Leader Round & Create Voice Card
Click Record Leader Round & Create Voice Card
Select a Board where the Voice Card should appear and click Create Voice Card
Note: The default is the board you originally sent your #rounded text to (typically the Leadership board), but you can choose from any unit in your facility.
â ď¸ We show all units here, even if some are hidden in your Leader Rounds setup, so you can still post Voice Cards to any board.
Edit the Voice Card: The note you typed in your round will appear as the Title of your Voice Card, but you can update it if needed
Note: Changes to the Voice Card do not change your original round note.
Click Create: Once done, your Voice Card is posted to the selected board, and your round is recorded.
Create a Voice Card After a Leader Round
Any Voice Card created as part of a round will be linked directly in that roundâs entry in LENS. This makes it easy to track insights and follow up later.
Didnât create a Voice Card during your round? No problem, you can add one anytime by clicking the Add Voice Card icon next to that round in LENS.
Tips:
Keep your round notes clear and concise â theyâll populate your Voice Card automatically.
You can post Voice Cards to any unit, not just the one youâre rounding on.
Voice Cards created from rounds stay linked for easy reference later.
