How to Record a Leader Round
To record a leader round, text #rounded to the number associated with a LENS board. You will get a text back with a link to select a unit you want to record a round on and provide a note.
Start your round by texting
#roundedto your facility’s LENS number and click on the link provided
Tip: Save the Leadership LENS board phone number to your phone for easy access!
Select a unit you’re rounding on
Add a note in the "Notes" field
Click Record Leader Round to save your note and record your round
The recorded round's information (Unit and Date) will display and you then have the option to record an additional round.
Note: If your phone number is associated with your profile, you will have an additional option to create a Voice Card from your round.
