Interact with a Card on the Voice Page

Voice Card Actions. Basic ways to interact with issue or idea cards even if another person created the card

Using Card Quick Actions

There are two ways to interact with cards in LENS:

  • Mini card quick actions – interact with a card without opening it

  • Full card actions – click on the card to expand it and access more options

Mini Card Quick Actions

From the unopened face of a card, you can:

  • Add team member – open a search field to find and add team members by name

  • Add due date – open a calendar date selector

  • Add comment – open the card directly to the comments section

  • Add thumbs up – add your name as a thumbs up on the card

Example: Use Add thumbs up to show support for a card without opening it.

Full Card Actions

Expand a card to see more ways to interact.

In the main body of the card:

  • Edit the card title

  • Edit the description

  • Write a comment

  • Show or hide the card activity

In the top header:

  • Add thumbs up

  • Set a due date

In the side bar:

  • Add labels

  • Edit the reporter

  • Add team members

  • Link to Aims

  • Add attachment files

In the three-dot menu:

  • Follow Card – receive additional notifications

  • Mark as Complete – mark the card complete in reports

  • Add to Kiosk Mode – display the card in Kiosk Mode

  • Escalate Card* – escalate the card to a leadership board

  • Email Card – send the card to someone without a LENS account via email

  • Move Card – move the card to any board, tab, or list you have access to

  • Duplicate Card – duplicate or copy the card

  • Archive Card – move the card to the archives
