View Updates
Updates on the Today Page maintains the flow of information from system and unit levels.
Viewing Pinned Updates
Navigate to the Today Page.
Pinned Updates are displayed directly on the Today Page.
Click the content of a Pinned Update to expand it into a larger view.
Page through the expanded view to see other Pinned Updates.
Viewing Pinned, Unpinned, and Archived Updates
Navigate to the Today Page.
In the top right corner, click the three-dot menu next to the board's phone number and email.
Select “Manage Updates.”
The Updates sidebar will open.
Select “Pinned,” “Unpinned,” or “Archived” to view updates with that status.
The Updates sidebar also includes Search, Filter, and Sort options to help locate specific updates.
Searching, Filtering, and Sorting Updates
Use the Search, Filter, and Sort options at the top of the Updates sidebar to quickly find specific Updates.
Filtering Updates
Click Filter to narrow Updates by a specific date range.
Use By Created Date to view Updates created within a selected date range.
Use By Archive Date to view Updates archived within a selected date range.
Sorting Updates
Click Sort to change the order in which Updates are displayed.
Select “Creation Date – Newest to Oldest”.
Select “Creation Date – Oldest to Newest”.
Select “Title – A to Z”.
Select “Title – Z to A”.
Note: Updates can only be accessed and managed from the Updates sidebar on the Today Page. The previous Updates panel and access through the Admin section are no longer available.
