There are 3 types of updates:
Pinned
Unpinned
Archived
Pinned Updates take up an entire panel on the Today Page. They are visible to all users no matter their access level. When you create a new update, it is pinned by default.
Unpinned Updates do not display as an entire panel on the Today Page. Rather, they collect in small updates panel on the Today Page only showing the titles. This is accessible to all users no matter their access level.
Archived Updates cannot be found on the Today Page. They are only able to be accessed and retrieved by those with manager level access or edit content permissions.
expand the sidebar menu
select admin
expand the updates menu
select manage updates
scroll down until you see the archived updates
