Logging In Without Single Sign On

Navigate to the sign-in page
Verify that the URL you are navigating to matches the official LENS platform address to ensure secure access
If this is your first time logging in or if you are having troubles with your current password, click Create or reset your password
- Enter your email address
- Click Send Reset Email

We will send you an email to reset your password so follow the given instructions to create a new password for your LENS account.

Logging in With Single Sign On

Navigate to the sign-in page
Verify that the URL you are navigating to matches the official LENS platform address to ensure secure access
Before entering any credentials, click the Login or Sign In for Single Sign On (SSO)
Login through your facility's SSO platform

Best Practices for Secure Access

Double-check the URL before entering login credentials.
Ensure that your username and password are entered accurately, keeping in mind case sensitivity and special characters.
Do not share your login credentials with anyone.

Troubleshooting Tips

Confirm you are using the correct URL and login icon/logo.
Clear your browser cache and cookies before trying again.
Ensure your internet connection is stable.
Contact LENS Support if issues persist.

Note: LENS can be used on any web connected device

Upon successful log in, you will be greeted by the Today Page. The purpose of the LENS Today Page is to create situational awareness. Updates maintain the flow of information from the system to the unit level and across the unit. Huddle information is prominently displayed ensuring all team members know when huddles

are held. A rotating snapshot of Aims measures informs team members of the progress of improvement work at the unit and system level.

Note: If you do not currently have access to any LENS boards and this is your first time logging in, you will automatically be brought to the Board Picker page to request access to join a board.

Use the left sidebar to navigate to other pages in LENS.

Log Out

Click your profile icon on the bottom of the sidebar navigation
Scroll down on the page and click Log Out

How to Get Help

Click on the Help icon on the left navigation sidebar
A pop up will appear, giving you options to send a message directly to the LENS Support team, browse articles, and submit feedback.
