Adding a Join Call Link to a Huddle

LENS Managers can add a meeting link to the Join Call button on any huddle. This button provides direct access to the meeting site of your choice, such as Zoom, Google Meet, Microsoft Teams, or Webex.

Follow these steps to add a join call link:

  • Navigate to the Admin page from the expanded sidebar.

  • Select Huddle to expand the Huddle menu.

  • Paste your meeting link into the Join URL text field.

Once added, any user who clicks the Join Call button will be redirected to that link. This is ideal for:

  • Virtual huddles

  • Users joining huddles from home

Tip: If there is a combination of users joining a huddle in person and remotely, we encourage the person leading the huddle to join the call from the physical LENS board and share your screen!
