Understanding the Voice Page

The Voice Page provides a space where everyone in your organization can share perspectives, raise concerns, and suggest ideas. It ensures that all voices are heard and helps turn feedback into action.

On the Voice Page, you can:

  • Like a card to show collective interest in a topic

  • Categorize cards to facilitate analysis and prioritization of key issues

  • Assign cards as tasks with deadlines and timestamps

  • Track progress as debrief insights become actionable steps for improvement

This process allows individual contributions to become part of the organization’s larger goals. The Voice Page also reflects levels of psychological safety by showing how openly participants are sharing and engaging.

The Voice Page can be accessed from the left sidebar navigation menu:

Disclaimer: The screenshots in this article were captured using an earlier version of LENS. While some visuals may look different, the overall functionality remains essentially the same.

How Cards Are Organized

Cards on the Voice Page are displayed in three ways:

  • Tabs - group cards by type

  • Lists - organize cards for easy tracking

  • Issues - highlight topics requiring attention
