The LENS Survey Page is designed to gather poll surveys in real time. Poll surveys allow units to collect the voice of the unit that is linked directly to Aims measures. The “Whys” that tell the story of the survey data is simultaneously collected in one convenient place making it easy for team members to participate. Additionally, managers can send email reminders to team members that have not yet participated in poll surveys.
