How do I take a survey on my phone? How can I respond to questions via text? Am I anonymous or not?

  • text the survey's hashtag to the LENS Board's phone number (ex: #season

  • the LENS Board will respond with the survey title and will let you know if your response will be anonymous or not

  • the LENS Board will send the survey question followed by the answer options

  • respond with the number with the associated with the answer you want to select
