Add a File Download Link to an Update
Adding a download link to an update is ideal for attachments that are too large to be entirely displayed in an update. It also allows users to easily download documents (such as audio, video, documents, and images) from the Today Page.
Create or edit an update
Click on the file icon
Drag and drop the file into the box or click to browse files for upload
The file will be saved as a link that users can click to download.
