Embedding a GIF on the Today Page
You can embed a GIF (a short animated image) in an Update on the Today Page. This is a fun way to personalize your LENS board and capture your team’s attention. ⭐️
Follow these steps in two parts:
Find a GIF from giphy.com
Create the update in LENS
Find a GIF
Navigate to giphy.com
Use the search bar to find the perfect GIF
Select the <> Embed option
A window with the iframe embed code will appear
Copy the code to your clipboard (highlight, right-click, Copy)
In an Update on LENS
Navigate to the Today Page
Create a new Update
Select the three-dot menu of the text editor
Click the
<>"Code View" icon
Note: You will know you are in code view when the <> icon is blue
Add Embed Code
Paste in your embed code here
Click the
<>icon again to exit code view
Note: You have to click the <> icon again in order to save your embed code!
See the preview
Click Save if you like what you see.
