The User Engagement tile on the Reports page provides valuable insights into how your team, facility, or company is interacting with LENS. As you begin to take a deeper look at these tiles, you may have questions about what the values represent and how they
are calculated.
By hovering over some of the values you can get a general idea of how LENS measures user engagement. Check out the sections below for more details and precise definitions of the components of this tile.
⚡️ Active Core Users ⚡️
A LENS user who has logged in or performed one or more of the following actions within the selected time period and has "core user" toggled on their profile is considered to be an Active Core User.
Card Actions
Creating a card
Updating a card title or description
Archiving a card
Restoring an archived card
Commenting on a card
Moving a card to a different list
Escalating or deescalating a card
Adding or removing a team member from a card
Adding or removing a label from a card
Setting or removing the due date of a card
Add a status to a card by moving it to a list with a reports status i.e. Identified, In Progress, or Completed
Adding an attachment to a card
Changing the recorded Reporter of a card
Adding or removing a user as the assigned team member for a card
Linking or unlinking an aim from a card
List Actions
Creating a new list
Archiving a list
Assigning a workflow status to a list for reports i.e. Identified, In Progress, or Completed
Tab Actions
Creating a new tab
Measure Actions
Creating a new measure
Archiving a measure
Restoring an archived measure
Adding a data point to a measure

Record a leader round
⚡️ Anonymous Users ⚡️
Individual who anonymously took a survey via SMS, recorded round without their number associated with a LENS account, or created a card anonymously via SMS or email.
⚡️ Other Active Users ⚡️
Users who are members of the selected boards but don’t have a core user role. Also users who have logged in OR performed any of the activities listed above.
