The voice tile on the Reports page give insight to team engagement on the Voice page.

  • Cards Completed - The total number of cards marked as completed in the specified time period. This includes both manually adding a "completed date" and moving a card into a designated "completed" list.

  • Cards Identified - The total number of new voice cards created in the specified time period.

  • Cards Updated - The total number of cards with one or multiple activities other than the initial card creation. Regardless of how many activities a card has—such as adding a due date, adding a label, or editing the description within the selected date range—it is counted only once for this metric since it represents a single card. This metric is only available on unit level reports.

  • Actions Made on Cards - Highlighting key interactions with cards on the Voice page. This is not an exhaustive list of all actions, but rather a condensed list of actions that focuses on those considered most important. This metric is only available on unit level reports.

    • Comments made - number of cards with at least 1 comment made

    • Labels added - number of cards with at least 1 label added at some point within the date range

    • Team members added - number of cards with at least 1 team member added at some point within the date range

  • Top Campuses / Top Units - This section is available in the "All Facilities" or "All Units" view, respectively. When viewing a system, region, or facility report, this section displays the top 10 facilities or units.

    • Green bar - Represents the number of completed cards

    • Grey bar - Represents the total of completed and identified cards

At the bottom of each key metric on the Reports page, you'll find trend indicators designed to provide a quick visual summary of performance changes over time. These indicators compare the current time period's data to the previous time period, showing whether there has been improvement, no change, or a decline. Here's what each indicator means:

  • Green Up Arrow (▲): Indicates an improvement or increase in the metric compared to the previous period.

  • Grey Circle (●): Indicates no change in the metric between the current and previous periods.

  • Orange Down Arrow (▼): Indicates a decrease or decline in the metric compared to the previous period.

These trend indicators make it easy to assess progress at a glance and quickly identify areas that may require attention or celebration.
