The Reports Page provides valuable information relating to huddles, voice cards, engagement, label usage, and improvement measures. Filter, view, and analyze real time LENS usage data in one place.
Only team members with View Reports permission can access the Reports Page
The Reports Page is made up of 2 main sections. The filters and the data tiles.
βThe filter section allows users to narrow down the data displayed in the reports by selecting specific criteria. Filters include region, facility, unit, data category, and date ranges.
Click "Refresh" to apply the filter selections.
Click "Download" to export a .xlsx file of the specified data.
The data tiles or data categories display the data in organized tile structures providing key metrics relating to huddles, voice cards, engagement, label usage, and improvement measures.
Huddles - provides a count of huddles held in the date range as well as the median huddle time as recorded with the huddle timer from the Today Page. View the separate huddle info if the unit has set up multiple huddles.
Voice - shows the total number of cards completed within the specified reporting period, the number of cards modified or updated, and the total number of new cards identified or created. This panel also shows key actions made on cards such as comments, labels added, and team members added.
User Engagement - provides insights into how core users are interacting with LENS. See core user engagement as well as engagement from anonymous and other active users.
Aims - provides an overview of progress relating to aims. Key metrics include the number of active measures, new aims created, and aims marked as complete. This panel also shows key actions made on aims such as actions planned, actins in progress, and actions completed.
Trending Labels - see a list of the top 8 used labels as well as a count of how many cards were labeled.
At the bottom of each key metric on the Reports page, you'll find trend indicators designed to provide a quick visual summary of performance changes over time. These indicators compare the current time period's data to the previous time period, showing whether there has been improvement, no change, or a decline.
