How to Bulk Add Users
Systems with SSO (single sign on) do not have the option to add users from the user management page. Instead, users can be added from submitting a user upload form to LENS Support. This same process is used for adding numerous users at once.
The following information will be needed for each user:
Work email address
First and last name
Unit(s) the user belongs to (LENS board name)
LENS access level (role)
OPID (some but not all systems)
The information can be added to the Bulk User Upload document and emailed to LENS Support at LENSsupport@safeandreliablecare.com. If you do not have this document and need to add users, please email us to obtain this document.
