Auto-Archive an Update
Today page updates can be configured to automatically archive on a selected date. This helps keep the Today page current by automatically removing outdated content from all associated boards once the selected archive date is reached.
Setting an Archive Date on a New Update
Navigate to the Today Page
Click the + button in the bottom right corner of LENS
Complete the update details as needed
Locate the Set Archive Date dropdown
Select the date when the update should be automatically archived
Click Save
Setting an Archive Date on an Existing Update
Navigate to the Today Page
Locate the update you would like to modify
Click the three-dot menu on the update
Click Edit
Locate the Set Archive Date dropdown
Select the date when the update should be automatically archived
Click Save
Once the selected date is reached, the update will automatically be archived.
