User Management Has a New Look
Overview
The User Management page has been redesigned to make managing users faster and more efficient. With a refreshed interface, improved search and filtering, bulk management tools, and multi-board support, LENS Managers can complete common and bulk user management tasks with greater ease.

Refreshed Interface
Cleaner, more modern layout.
Information (such as user count, filter selections, active permissions, and sort) is easier to scan and organize.
Improved filters and search functionality.
Improved experience when reviewing users and access requests.
Bulk User Management
Manage multiple users more efficiently.
Quickly see each user's roles and permissions directly from the User Management page, eliminating the need to open individual profiles.
Perform actions across multiple users without editing them individually.
Saves time for LENS Managers who manage large numbers of users.
Multi-Board Management
Easier to view and manage user access across multiple boards.
Reduces the need to navigate between boards when making administrative changes.
Centralized Access Requests
Access requests can now be reviewed in bulk from the User Management page.
Access request email links now direct approvers to this page for a more streamlined approval experience.
FAQ
Do I need to do anything to enable the new page?
No. The new experience is available automatically. If you do not see the User Management Page, check to make sure you are logged in with an account with proper access.
Will my existing permissions change?
No. Existing permissions and roles remain the same.
Can I still approve access requests from email?
The email now takes you directly to the User Management page where you can review and approve all access requests in one place.
Can I manage multiple boards from one place?
Yes. The redesigned page makes it easier to manage users across multiple boards as long as you have manager access to those boards.
