Approve Access Permission
Approve Access is a permission on LENS that allows a user to approve or reject access requests from other users. Having this toggle on will enable LENS to send emails each time a user requests access to the board. These requests can be managed through email or through the User Management page.
To Disable Approve Access
To stop receiving these Approve Access emails, toggle off the permission:
Navigate to the User Management page
Find your own user account and click on your name
Toggle off "Approve Access" on the board you'd no longer like to approve
