Approve Access Permission
Approve Access is a user setting in the Permissions tab within LENS allowing a user to approve or reject access requests from other users. Having this toggle on will enable LENS to send emails each time a user requests access to the board. These requests can be managed through email or through the User Management page.
To Disable Approve Access
To stop receiving these Approve Access emails, toggle off the permission:
Navigate to the User Management page
Find your own user account and select View Profile
On the Permissions tab, select Remove as Approve Access on the board you'd no longer like to approve
Click Save at the bottom to apply your changes
