Setting Up Email Notifications

Managers and team members can stay updated on board activity by setting up email notifications. This helps share responsibility and ensures everyone is aware of new actions.

Turning On Email Notifications

Notification settings in LENS are all distributed via email. Each user has the ability to customize the type and frequency of these email notifications.

  • Verify that you are logged into LENS with your personal account (not a generic account).

  • Click on your profile icon on the bottom left to navigate to the Profile | Settings page

  • Navigate to the "Settings" tab

  • Adjust settings to your preference

Following: Toggle ON or OFF to receive updates to any lists, cards, or actions you are following on the Voice Page

Tracking: Toggle ON or OFF to receive updates to any cards or actions you participate in as a reporter, creator, or team member on the Voice Page

Frequency: Instantly, Once a Day, or Once a Week - Receive following/tracking email updates at this frequency

Users can opt in to receive notifications about:

  • New cards

  • Activity on cards, lists, or labels

Monitoring Activity Within Cards

Each card has its own activity feed, located with the comments. The activity feed provides a record of all actions on that card.
