LENS Managers have the ability to escalate cards to the designated leadership board.
navigate to the Voice Page
select the ⋮ 3 dot menu to the right of the card
select "Escalate Card"
to confirm the action, select "Escalate" on the confirmation message
Escalated cards will land in the receiving board's default list with a red hand wave icon and will follow all regular rules of the board. The team that escalated the card can view all actions performed and comments made on the card within the Escalated Cards Sidebar.
