Escalating a Card
LENS Managers can escalate cards to the designated leadership board.
Steps to Escalate a Card
Navigate to the Voice Page:
Click the ⋮ three-dot menu to the right of the card.
Select "Escalate Card"
To confirm, select "Escalate" on the confirmation message.
What Happens Next
The escalated card will:
Appear in the default list of the receiving board.
Be marked with a red ✋ hand wave icon.
Follow all regular board rules.
The originating team can view all actions and comments made on the card in the Escalated Cards Sidebar.
