Interacting with Escalated Cards

Escalated cards on the receiving board land in the default list and can be interacted with in the same way as a normal Voice card.

On the expanded version of an escalated card, you can view the escalation path the card has taken and see its current board location.

Interacting on the Originating Board

Once a card is escalated, it appears in the Escalated Cards Sidebar on the originating board.

Actions You Can Take

Users can:

  • Edit the title

  • Edit the description

  • Write a comment

  • Add an attachment

  • Set a due date

  • Follow the card

  • Like the card

  • Email the card

  • Move to History โ€” moves the card to the History section of the sidebar

Actions You Cannot Take

Users cannot:

  • Edit labels

  • Edit reporter

  • Edit team members

  • Edit aims

  • Duplicate the card

  • Move the card

  • Archive the card

  • De-escalate the card
